White gold band with black diamond center stone.
Named for Margaret Bourke-White, an American documentary photographer and the first female war photojournalist.
She was the sole female resident of of the men-only upper apartments of the newly built Chrysler building. After its construction. Chrysler wouldn't accept lease agreements with women-- even one who had risked her life to get photos from the buildings famous gargoyle. Not one to shy from a challenge, Margaret made arrangements with her employer, Life Magazine, to rent the space. We feel this ring's deco lines mirror the building's, while its strong elegance is like Margaret herself.
