Laura Wood is a highly celebrated and collected artist based in Asheville, North Carolina where she is just finishing up a residency at the Penland School of Crafts. Her brightly colored sculptural work makes a huge impact, and is a favorite of our customers and staff.
She primarily works with powder coated steel and sterling silver. She has been showcased in many exhibits and galleries across the United States including the Sculpture, Objects, Functional Art and Design Expo here in Chicago, Gregg Museum in North Caroline, The Rancine Art Museum in Wisconsin and many more.
