Refund policy

We want you to love the jewelry you choose from Adornment & Theory. Because many of the pieces we carry are artist-made, one of a kind, limited edition, or made specifically for you, our return policies vary depending on the type of piece you purchase.

For eligible purchases, Adornment & Theory accepts exchanges or store credit within 15 days:

• In-store purchases: within 15 days of purchase
• Online purchases: within 15 days of receiving your order

Store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued.

Returned jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition. Items must be securely packaged, boxed, and insured when returned to us. Adornment & Theory reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item shows signs of wear, damage, or improper treatment.

Custom + Customized Jewelry

Custom and customized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

These pieces are created or altered specifically for you and cannot be returned to regular inventory. This includes jewelry created through our custom design process and pieces otherwise customized specifically for the purchaser.
