When storing your jewelry, lay pieces flat and separately, and clasp necklaces to prevent knotting.

Give Delicate Materials Extra Care

Extra caution is needed for delicate materials like pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, and enamel. These materials are more porous or fragile and should never come into contact with chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the destination. Please allow 4–7 business days for ground shipping within the continental United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Adornment & Theory accepts exchanges or returns for store credit within 15 days of an in-store purchase or within 15 days of delivery for online orders. Store credit is valid for one year.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, properly packaged, boxed, and insured. Adornment & Theory reserves the right to refuse items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper care.

Customized, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
